Our mission is to enhance community health and safety, with a primary focus on substance abuse and suicide prevention for Fremont County youth, families, and adults.

WHO WE ARE

The Fremont County Prevention Partnership and the Fremont County Suicide Prevention Taskforce are community groups that work collaboratively to provide resources, education, and advocacy for substance abuse prevention and mental health improvement.
